The NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission held a historic online Public Hearing on April 21st, 2020. PKSB, preservation consultants for 120 Broadway (aka the Equitable Building), presented an application for storefront alterations and obtained LPC's first ever "virtual" approval. The new hearing format will remain in effect during the current stay-at-home orders. Hearings will be live streamed on LPC's YouTube Channel and the Public can participate by phone or Zoom conference.
