A Union Square landmark originally completed in 1885, 860 Broadway is a six-story commercial building with five floors of offices and flagship ground-floor retail.

PKSB Architects was tasked with modernizing the lobby and entrance hall to cater to the building’s newly emerging commercial tenants. Features include newly perforated stainless steel ceiling at the elevator lobby, modernized security desk, contemporary lighting and marble wall stonework and flooring.
